Bought my Tahoe from Village Auto back in February, and after the experience I've had, I won't buy anywhere else.A small issue came up a few months in. I brought it back, and the guys in the shop tracked it down, took the time to do it right, and had me back on the road without any runaround.The sales team was just as good on the front end — straight with me, no pressure, no games. Start to finish, every person I dealt with treated me like a neighbor, not a transaction.This is what buying local is supposed to feel like. If you're anywhere near Franklin and you're tired of being a number at the big dealerships, go see them. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Todd was wonderful. No pressure, no hassle. Super quick and completely honest. By far, my best car buying experience. I'm several hours away from Franklin, but I'll happily drive back for my next purchase. I know they made money on the deal, as they should, but I think they were fair to me and completely above board. HIGHLY recommended.

By far, my best buying experience ever. From the moment I met Todd, I was sure I was going to make a purchase. I could tell he was honest, no nonsense, and not out to take advantage of anyone while still being a good businessman. Zero stress, great service, quick and painless. Although I am several hours away from his location, if I'm in need of a car again, Village Auto is the first place I will look. Absolutely recommend this place for any buyer.
